Alex has spent thirty years studying practices most health and fitness practitioners never encounter. His foundation is Aikido, including the deeply esoteric internal body knowledge that underpins it, combined with over three decades of professional experience in health, fitness and injury rehabilitation. 

 

That journey took him from running his own health club in London through a decade of training under Sensei Patrick Fitzgerald in Copenhagen and on to some of the most sophisticated internal body masters in the world.


The result is a rare combination of rigorous physical training, ancient internal knowledge and a grounded understanding of the spiritual dimension that brings everything into alignment. Alex is based in Cornwall. 

Ron's path into healing began with a rugby injury that conventional medicine wanted to fix with surgery. He chose a different route and healed through meditation, breath work and precise movement practice.

 

That experience, and the realisation it produced about the body's extraordinary capacity for self-repair, has shaped everything he has built in the thirty years since.


Ron works across the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, with particular depth in the Emotion Code and Vedic meditation.

 

His approach, like Alex's, is built entirely around giving people the tools to heal and maintain themselves independently.
