To communicate with you (contract performance and legitimate interest): to respond to enquiries, send booking confirmations and share information directly relevant to a service you have engaged with.
To improve our services (legitimate interest): to understand how our website and programmes are used so we can refine and develop them.
To send you updates and educational content (consent): where you have opted in to receive our newsletter or communications, we may send articles, event announcements and relevant information. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Health and Sensitive Information
Some of the information you may share with us, particularly relating to physical health, injury history, emotional wellbeing or spiritual practice, falls into the category of sensitive personal data under UK GDPR.
We collect and process this information only with your explicit consent, and only to the extent necessary to provide the services you have requested. This information is never shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit agreement.
You are under no obligation to share health or sensitive personal information with us. Where you choose to do so, we handle it with the highest degree of care and discretion.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: trusted third parties who help us operate our business, such as our booking platform, payment processor or email service provider. These parties process data only on our instructions and under strict data protection agreements.
Co-practitioners: where your programme involves both Alex Weiss and Ron White, relevant session information may be shared between them solely to coordinate your care. Ron White operates from Indonesia and processes data in accordance with this policy.
Legal requirements: where we are required to disclose information by law, court order or regulatory authority.
6. International Data Transfers
Ron White, co-practitioner at Integrated Recovery, is based in Indonesia. Where your data is shared with him as part of your programme, it is transferred outside the UK. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfer, consistent with UK GDPR requirements.
Our email and booking systems may also process data on servers outside the UK. Where this occurs, we use only providers who maintain adequate protections and comply with applicable data transfer rules.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law.
Booking and session records: up to 7 years, in line with HMRC requirements for financial records
Health and wellness information shared during sessions: up to 3 years from your last contact with us, unless you request earlier deletion
Email correspondence: up to 3 years from the date of communication
Website analytics data: up to 26 months
When your data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to help it function and to understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
